Questions about credits
- What does one credit buy?
- One finished photo, downloaded at its original resolution. Everything before that is free: the upload, the plate scan and every preview you look at.
- Do credits expire?
- No, they stay on your balance until you use them. A pack is linked to the browser you bought it in; on another device or after clearing cookies, open the editor's restore link and type the code we email to the address on your receipt.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, for a pack you have not touched, if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Write to the support address with your Stripe receipt and the full price goes back to your card.
- What shows on my card statement?
- The charge comes from Devware Solutions, the company behind this site, and reads DEVWARE* BLURCARPLATE.
